    Pagal Sent one of ur collection team of credit card. She is too rude and aggressive while collection. She is commenting about my friends and families. I've also said some bad things but what's she did she send my recording only to my office and given me threat that I'll take your job. When I asked about all the recording she said its none of my business. I want all the recording or else some strict action against her. One more guy Ravi also said some bas words before that my life is a credit and I don't have standard n all.

    Hi
    My name is mansoor Sayed holder of hdfc discover card holder (3608 862003 6270) I had called customer service looking for some information about the HDFC ERGO health insurance which was cancelled and the refund amount of 4470 was supposed to be on my credit card.
    However, when I called the cust care I was informed that I only had some 1600 rs on my card without giving me any breakdown of what I was charged wherein I had paid all my payments on time or before in full.
    Very disappointed and looking forward to cancel my credit card the agent also didn’t take my call back number which is 8983969575 available between 10AM TO 1 PM.

    My name is Rojalinee Nath ex employee of HDFC bank ltd. I got a credit card on the request of my branch co ex for credit card target not for my need. Fine i used. But recently i got fraudulent transactions, i couldnt complain because my id was hacked and the details were used and moreover my cell was off to get the message of such transactions which i came to know that it was done by my rival. Fine i paid off the whole bill. But now the credit card people started calling and sending messages that i have a due of Rs.13000 and change. When i answered the guy on the call his name was Soumya, and he started telling to pay the amount of that 13000. he couldnt ans me when i cross questioned and handed over to his higher authority name papiya madam. She told me that if my due date is 28th i need to pay on 27th so for that those were the charges for late payment and moreover the minimum due amt for the month of february was 7000 and i paid 5000 it seems so for that also charged. As i had deleted my old id linked with my credit card so i depended on the messages to pay the minimum due amount,so whatever message i received i paid. Now for such unreasonable excuses why should i pay the extra charges???
